SEC Reporting Manager

Vaishvik JHS is seeking an experienced SEC Reporting Manager to join our Centre of Excellence in Ahmedabad, working directly with our USA-based leadership. This is a high-visibility role at the intersection of technical accounting, regulatory compliance, and cross-border financial reporting. You will own the process — not support it.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead preparation and filing of quarterly and annual SEC reports — 10-K, 10-Q, 11-K, and related filings
  • Provide technical accounting guidance to Finance and Business teams in line with US GAAP and SEC requirements
  • Research, analyse, and document complex accounting issues for senior management
  • Partner with business units to develop and own disclosures related to new accounting standards
  • Benchmark and improve the quality of financial disclosures on an ongoing basis
  • Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors
  • Maintain and update SOX documentation related to financial reporting
  • Track regulatory changes through industry forums and apply them proactively
  • Support special projects including M&A due diligence, post-acquisition integration, and debt issuances
Qualifications:
  • 5–7+ years of relevant experience including supervisory or team leadership exposure
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting — CPA preferred
  • Strong background in Public Accounting or Audit
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-border projects and stakeholders
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills
